What is the Summer Fast Track Programme?

Our Summer Fast Track Programme, designed to help schools move to Arbor ahead of September, has now closed. However, you can still move to Arbor from Autumn term through our Pay-For-One Promise. The Pay-for-One Promise is our commitment that your school should only pay for one MIS at a time. Put simply: if you’re locked into paying for SIMS, we won’t ask you to pay for your core Arbor license until that contract ends. You get all the benefits of switching to the UK’s leading cloud MIS, but don’t have to worry about double-paying in the process. Find out more here.

Our Summer Fast Track Programme is for schools who have requested the SIMS Break Clause. It's designed to help you make a decision quickly and confidently, and move by 1st September 2022.

1. See Arbor quickly and easily

We’ve created streamlined, in-depth demos to show you Arbor MIS. These demos will be rolling, so you can join them anytime, invite your team, and build a thorough understanding of our systems in a condensed time frame. You’ll speak to your local Partnership Manager throughout to answer any questions you have.

2. Move to Arbor MIS without double-paying

We’re offering a special Buy Now, Pay Later offer to schools using the programme - meaning you can switch to Arbor before your SIMS license ends and not pay until December 2022.

Before you start

Request the break clause from SIMS by 20th February 2022

When: As soon as possible 

SIMS is now offering schools a 6 month break clause. It's a great way to buy yourself extra time, take a look at other MIS systems, and choose the best fit for your school in Summer Term. You can even request the break clause if you’ve already signed up for the new 3 year contract. You must request the break clause by 20th February 2022 if you want to use it.

Step 1

Watch a product demo

When: Early Spring Term 2022

Get an in-depth overview of Arbor in this special 2.5 hour demo. It will take you through key features tailored to different roles in your school, our migration and onboarding processes, and a summary of the Fast Track Programme. You should leave with a full, confident understanding of the way Arbor will work at your school.

Step 2

Speak to our friendly Partnership Specialists about your needs

When: Spring Term 2022

If you agree that Arbor is a good fit, we'll invite you to book a call with our Partnership Specialist team. They'll ask questions about your current MIS to understand what you need from Arbor, which systems and apps you currently use, and who will be involved in the project. They'll end by booking time for you to meet your local Partnership Manager.

Step 3

Book a call with your local Partnership Manager

When: Spring Term 2022 if you need Exams and Timetabling, early Summer Term 2022 if you don't

Finally, we'll book time for you to meet your local Partnership Manager. This is time for you to ask any questions you might have about our systems, the migration process, or pricing. You should leave this call with all the information you need to make a decision.

Step 4

Receive a proposal, choose your moving date, and sign your contract

When: By 9th May 2022 if you need Exams and Timetabling, or by 17th June 2022 latest if you don't

After your call, your Partnership Manager will prepare a personalised proposal for your school to review. They will also discuss migration dates with you. When you have agreed your moving date, they will share a contract for you to review and sign. You must sign your contract by 9th May 2022 if you need Exams and Timetabling, or by 17th June 2022 if you don't, to move to Arbor by 1st September 2022.

Step 5

Move to Arbor

When: Summer Term 2022

Once you've signed your contract, we'll start helping you get ready to move to Arbor! We're committing to help you move by September 2022 if you sign by 9th May 2022 if you need Exams and Timetabling, or by 17th June 2022 if you don't. You'll have more choice over the date the sooner you sign.

The Summer Fast Track Offer

Buy Now, Pay Later 

As part of our Summer Fast Track Programme, you're eligible for our special Buy Now, Pay Later offer. Under this offer, if you sign by 9th May 2022 if you need Exams and Timetabling, or by 17th June 2022 if you don't, you can move to Arbor for free and not pay until 1st December 2022. Your first invoice will be backdated to 1st September 2022 (the latest date you could go live on this programme).
