How Arbor connects to helloData
Arbor and helloData now have a direct API integration. This means:
✔ helloData pulls your assessment data straight from Arbor
✔ The data is automatically refreshed every night (or request a refresh at any time!)
✔ There's no need to manually export or import data
✔ The integration includes data on students, custom groups and demographics e.g. PP, SEN, Ethnicity, mobility - so you have the full context alongside your assessment data

I already use helloData but I'm new to Arbor
Combining helloData and Arbor enables you to continue with your current assessment grades, analysis and reports, making the switch to Arbor straight forward. All helloData customers will be given a personalised migration service by helloData, involving:

I don't use helloData yet
Whether you’re new to Arbor assessment or have been using it for a while, we recognise that the way in which schools and Trusts track and analyse pupil outcomes is unique, we begin the setup process by understanding your specific setup requirements and build a plan accordingly.
helloData uses the demographic, attendance and assessment data that has already been entered into Arbor to automatically produce a comprehensive set of Power BI reports. They're so easy to use, there is no need for any prior knowledge, helloData will provide you with a quick tour and access to free support, if you need it.
